Our 100 year old house was renovated by Jayme Stringfellow from Next Generation Builders. We had not previously met Jayme but he was recommended by another builder who was unable to do the job. Every room in this very large house was re-purposed and an extension and large pool deck were also built. The job was completed on-time and within budget.
Jayme was hands-on daily, extremely attentive and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and when some of the bones of the old house proved to be worn out, he provided a reasonable quote for the additional work.
We can not stress highly enough the quality of Jayme’s workmanship. In fact, we would venture to call him a perfectionist.
We are extremely happy with the end result of our major renovation and completely credit that outcome to our choice of builder.

We were introduced to Next Generation by our architect, Sean Lockyer. Next Generation tendered for our renovation in Bardon and while they weren’t the lowest tenderer we decided to give them the contract due to the professionalism of their Director, Jayme Stringfellow. Looking back now we couldn’t have been happier with the job Jayme did for us. We have since undertaken another renovation so know first hand the difference between builders. What set Next Generation apart was their organisation on site. The site was always immaculately kept throughout construction and Jayme was very proactive in his communication with us which ensured we knew what was going on all the time. The job was finished ahead of time and was delivered within our budget so, unlike many renovations, it was a happy ending for us. Unfortunately we went on to sell the home but this was due to other circumstances and really wish we had more time to enjoy what was a really well built family home thanks to Next Gen.
If you are looking to undertake a renovation or new build I could not recommend Jayme and Next Gen more highly.
